So here is a list of 12 fitness things from Aliexpress that are going to help you with losing weight or just building muscles.
Don’t expect to find some shitty muscle stimulators here. It doesn’t work and you know it.

#12 – Xiaomi Powerball – 13.73$
As you can know, we are a bit Xiaomi fanboys. So it’s not a big surprise when we decided to go for Xiaomi Powerball instead of regular Powerball.
And what is this for?
Powerball has positive health effects on your arms and it helps to build your muscles. The most focused parts are your hands, wrists, and forearms.
However, it also helps to build muscles on your biceps/triceps and shoulders. It’s scientifically proven and it just works.
Unfortunately, it’s kind of noisy (as usual Powerball) so it’s not really usable in office or school. Still, it’s absolutely worth the money.
#11 – Hand Grip – 4.26$
Hand grips are building strength and muscles in a similar area as the Powerball. Again, you are strengthening your hands, wrists but especially your forearms.
There are many scientifically proven benefits – the main one is probably the injury prevention that comes with stronger grips. But there are many others, as the benefit of having a firm handshake.
The one thing I want to emphasize is, how silent the hand gripper is. You can use it anywhere and nobody cares. You are not making any noise, you are not taking any space, it’s really a use-it-anywhere thing.
#10 – Ab Roller – 10.62$
Ab Roller (or Ab wheel) is a must-have for your core muscles. Just be sure you have the right technique. Like.. be really sure. It’s a way to easy to injure your back if you are not doing it properly. So, check out some videos on Youtube first and then buy it, okay?
It has positive effects not only on your abs but also on arms, shoulders, your back, and even your legs. It’s pretty universal but again – you have to do it right.
By the way, you can also buy it in a 2-in-1 combo with skipping rope. However, it’s a basic one with mediocre quality, so rather go for one further in the article.
#9 – Pull Up Bar – 23.14$
This one is the most expensive piece of equipment in the article, but it’s a crucial one. Pull-ups are absolutely awesome for building your strength and toning your muscles.
By doing pull-ups you are strengthening your upper-body muscles, especially biceps and back muscles. It all depends on the style of pull-ups you are doing.
If you can’t do a pull-up, don’t worry. Most of the people can’t. Still, buy the pull-up bar! You can start with the negative pull-ups (just down from the top) and progress to the full ones.
Btw., you can buy another (cheaper) type of pull-up bar from Aliexpress (this one – 14$) but we can’t recommend it. It’s kind of dangerous because it falls down often, so yeah, don’t buy that one if you are heavier than 60-70 kg.
#8 – Punch Ball – 2.51$
This is a great cheap fitness gadget used by MMA boxers. Thanks to the Aliepxress you can use it too for a few bucks.
What is it for? It’s a light ball on the string attached to your head. Thanks to that you can practice your reflexes which is harder than you can imagine. A few minutes of punching gets you sweaty as hell. It also makes your arms stronger, especially your biceps and triceps.
#7 – Skipping Rope – 7.00$
Yeah, the skipping rope we were talking about. This one is pricier and it’s not really necessary, but it has awesome quality and it just feels better. You can see the difference between skipping rope for 7$ and skipping rope for 3$. However, there are of course other (cheaper) variants you can go for and it’s still going to bee all right. (One with counter – 2.6$, Second without – 2.8$).
And why should you even buy a skipping rope? Skipping is a great cardiovascular exercise that helps you to have a healthy heart and burn calories. According to the wiki, you are burning 700-1200 calories per hour by skipping, which makes it more effective than other activities as running or cycling. Cool.
#6 – Pull Rubber Bands – 2.32$
This one is easy. Well, easy to understand, not easy to do. These Resistance Rubber Bands can be used for various exercises for your arms, legs or even your back.
Just be careful what color you choose. Don’t choose green just because you like green color. The second picture on Aliexpress shows different resistances in different colors – so choose according to your strength, not your preferences.
#5 – Finger Gripper – 0.24$
Well, it would be a shame to not list this one. It’s a cheaper and more portable version of the hand gripper we had at the top of the post.
It’s also designed especially for the strengthening of your hand and your grip. Again, it helps you to prevent injuries done by falling on hands and once more it helps you with your handshake which is more important than you maybe think.
You can buy it in different colors and the more you buy the cheaper it is – get more and you won’t have to think about the last-minute presents.
4 – Resistance Bands – 0.72$
The last thing designed for exercising in this article is these resistance bands. It has that “yoga-useless look” but it’s in fact really useful. You can use it as a substitute for barbell in the bench press, deadlift, and other well-known exercises.
The only difference is that you are using your body weight instead of… you know.. weight. Thanks to that you can actually train almost every main muscle in your body – your arms, legs, back and even abs.
It’s also worth to note, that it’s the best-selling product from the whole fitness category on Aliexpress, which is kind of cool.
Also, the colors are not random – each color has different resistance, so be careful.
3 – Water Bottle – 11.99$
We have decided to use the last 3 products for “utilities” – things that are not used for the workout but things that are useful for doing so.
The first thing you need to have is a durable high-quality water bottle. We actually had an article about cool water bottles on Aliexpress so you can also take a look there.
But you won’t do a bad decision if you go with this one. It’s a bit costly but it’s a great bottle to use while exercising. Just a reminder – buy the 600ml or even better the 1000ml one. You have to drink a lot!
#2 – Wireless earphones – 14.39$
Wireless earphones are must-have. There is nothing more irritating than having cables everywhere while trying to do the exercises.
You can, of course, buy any other earphones but these have the most orders, a very good rating and you can fold them which is great if you are going to the gym or if you are planning to start. So, if you can’t decide, buy these.
1 – Xiaomi Mi Band 4 – 31.98$
The last thing you need is something you are going to use for tracking your progress. It doesn’t matter if it’s just a smart app in your phone or special fitness tracker attached directly to your heart. You should track it because you are going to enjoy it much more.
We recommend the Mi Band which you can use not only during the activity but also during the whole day. It tracks your steps, your activities, your sleep, your heart.
But really, track your progress, do some photos, count your calories, do it right and don’t forget to have fun.
