If you can stick with a goal for long enough, you’ll almost always get there eventually. It just takes patience, and motivation. Motivation is the key, but it’s not always easy, day in and day out, to find that motivation.
What follows is a guide to motivation using what I’ve learned over the last few years in a series of successful accomplishments, goals and habit changes. I’ve had many failures, but also many successes, and I’ve learned a lot from all of them. Motivation has been a particularly important topic of exploration for me.

Everyone around you says you are this and that, whatever you do, don’t do this, do it, but you need to look within yourself and your souls, dive deep into the deepest layers of your deep consciousness and move! Don’t look at others because they don’t need you, you just need yourself because you are your best motivation! Love yourself as you want others to love you!
The truth is on your side!
You just have to want it and you’ll see everything goes super smoothly! Don’t ever accept what others tell you because life is mega beautiful and you just have to wake up and see that it’s true!
Life is beautiful!
You just have to want to do something for yourself and do it today! Yes, you read that right, do it today! Grab a life for the cojones and don’t let go! We are the owners of our own destiny, and let us not yield to the injustices of life, for we are only becoming stronger.
Every day discovers the inner psycho psychic side of yourself and you will find that you have the strength and the ability to resist all the monsters of this world. You just have to pick a target and everything will be fine as long as the butterflies go through.
No giving up!
You have to tell yourself that you are handsome, beautiful and bulky and only then will your body react to it! Because life is beautiful and you should use every minute, every second, to exercise and prepare nutritional and healthy and light meals that do not burden your digestion and your body will be grateful.
There is nothing better than pleasure because you have reached the goal! Exercise every day and you’ll be bursting with energy and you will feel like you are in the clouds and roses and tulips will bloom and you will be radiating ultra-positive energy!
Remember that the higher power of the universe is with you and you just have to tell yourself that you can and it will be done immediately! No giving up! Just look at the roses paved clear and walkable goal and everything will be easier! And do not forget to look deep and even deeper within yourself and your soul and your mind as it is the ultimate and mega good weapon that will take you on a dazzling path to achieving your goals!
