Set the right goal – you need to have a clear idea of what you want to achieve
The goal must be positive: for example – “I want to be fat” is not a well-defined goal, because it is in a negative context. The brain does not recognize negation, so the “account” of our subconscious will be – “be fat”. Setting the goal correctly is done by first imagining the image of what you want (and not changing it), and let that image be accompanied by a feeling as if it is desired already there.
Then imagine that you have achieved your goal, which is e.g. “I want to weigh 75 kilograms by December 31, 2020.”, because the goal is positive, specified, achievable, measurable, and limited in time. Imagine the feeling of getting back into old jeans or a skirt that you couldn’t wear for a long time…
The goal thus created will make the Universe move for you and help you achieve it.
Start with something small. If you have 50 pounds to lose, and you have never lost more than 30 pounds before (before you put it all back last time) if you have never had 50,000 euros in your hands, and you want to earn so much a year, don’t immediately set a goal to lose so much or that you have that money, because the resistance of the subconscious will be too great.
If you haven’t been in a relationship for 2-3 years, don’t immediately look for a dream partner. Try not to leave your comfort zone at once, ie. expect to lose 50 kilograms in 3 months, because in three months you haven’t even “gained” them, or earn 10 times more than what you earn now.
Divide your arrival at the goal into small steps so you can see them. For example – a small “goal” – to be at least 100 grams lighter every morning than the previous morning is a very good “small goal” because you can see it when you step on the scales.
And let’s say you achieve that little goal of yours 9 out of 10 days without one day succeeding because you were at a birthday party yesterday. Then you are 90% successful and that is great. Only when you succeed in this first “modest” achievement, increase your next goal, say to lose 200 grams a day, to do sports 3 times a week, etc. “
Go step by step to the big goal. In the beginning, it is much easier to attract things than money itself. The reason is that we may have negative prejudices about money, that is, too much experience of not having money and trouble around it.
The most important thing here is to gain a sense of success in the beginning! Once you acquire it, even with a small achievement, then everything goes easily. So start with something that is just a little bigger than what you usually have and let it be your first success.
When that happens then celebrate. Do something to mark this success because it will help even more.
Stop focusing on “once the conditions are right”. This may even need to be put in the first place. If nothing happens in a week or two, you should not be disappointed. The attraction is already happening, but you are “pushing it away” by waiting for it to happen!
The more you expect the wish to come true the more you convince yourself that you don’t have it. So you still hold the “I don’t have it” reality, that thought is in your head, and what you give energy to – grows because our subconscious only works on the task given to us by our conscious self, sometimes without a clear intention. That’s why it is said – be careful what you think, maybe it will come true. So it’s a mistake to keep “I don’t have it” thoughts in your head and not let it ruin everything for you.
Just let it happen. Forget about HOW and WHEN it will come true for you. It will come true when you allow it.
But the first prerequisite is ACTION – and right away! Don’t just sit in the house and wait for what you want to “ring the doorbell”.
Allow yourself to receive

If you want a nice relationship, then go to those places where there is a chance to meet the person you want and it will happen. If you want a better job, go where it is, connect with the people who do it.
Take a small step forward and see your paths open up.
Surround yourself with positive people, eliminate negative ones from your life
People together create the reality in which they live. If you are dominated by bad guys, chances are you will be negative too.
Get rid of the villains in your environment, because the villains are stronger in their habit and will to live in poverty, disease, bad relationships… and then the individual among them who wants to change the situation has little chance. The law of the stronger rules here. If you can overcome them by understanding everything that is said here, then beautifully, you will be even stronger and more successful in the Law of Attraction.
If more people participate in one goal, it is achieved faster and easier.
Meditation will help you make things clearer to you. Meditation is the simplest method of “taming” the mind. Just meditate.
There are many ways, techniques, methods. Choose the one that suits you and stick to it, to begin with. Guided meditation, chakra meditation, chanting (especially good!), Deep breathing, whatever suits you – just do it. Every day. Whenever it suits you – and several times a day, if you can.
What matters, choose a quiet and quiet corner. Calm your body and your mind. Don’t think. Relax. Connect with breathing, nature, and the spiritual. It is the source of many good feelings.
